Kastell Design team will provide you with an initial concept and detailed quote based on your preferences. Our complimentary service includes a home visit if required, some consultation time in our showroom and a preliminarydesign concept. You will be given a detailed quote. We estimate that approximately 5-6 hours plus travelling time will be required to complete this complimentary service for you. You will then have a complimentary variation/ change to this plan – as we understand that once you view plans you may want to tweek a few things!
If you want to proceed with more design options and modifications, we will require a small fee for this service…starting at $200 for an average kitchen and anywhere up to $1000 for a complete home which requires much extra work. The above fees are deducted from your contract price if you then decide to Go Ahead with Kastell for your renovation.
The above FEE is not payment for your right to PLAN OWNERSHIP. Plans remain our property at this stage. Plans remain the property of Castle Kitchens Pty Ltd until payment made as below or you decide to proceed. Plans used for production without consent will breach Copyright Act 1968
If you decide not to proceed with Kastell and wish to purchase the Preliminary Plans, a price will be quoted for this service based on scope of work. Any of the design fees paid will be deducted from this cost.
